Because of this, we will perform all that for you for free!Our highly trained technical team representatives will transfer your website content from your current provider to us. Our techs have got plenty of experience migrating websites and are able to take care of anything – from a conventional WordPress blog or Joomla^™–based web site, to a highly elaborate, custom–made web app.

A: There are plenty of variables to think about – the total number of files, the size of the database, the complexity of the website itself and the current workload of our web site migration experts, etc. Even so, we do our very best to implement all web site migrations in a 48–hour time window. Smaller web sites are transferred much faster – typically in under 24 hours.

A: Yeah. We’ll require the name of the website that you’d like us to transfer. We will also require a means to access your current hosting account so that we can get the files associated with your site.

A: In order for us to begin the migration of your web hosting account, you must first open an account with us. Opening an account with us requires that you to disclose pretty much the same details you have provided to your old hosting provider. We’ve also got an extremely strict Privacy Policy, which specifies how personal info is used.

A: While we move your web site, it will be available both in your web hosting account with us and in your account with your previous web hosting provider. When the migration is complete, we will make sure that everything is working properly and that the integrity of your content is not compromised prior to notifying you that the migration is completed. After that, we will instruct you how to move the domain over to your hosting account with us and how to change your DNS settings.

A: Nah. Apart from your login details for the Control Panel, we don’t require anything. We will never contact your hosting provider. They will not know anything about the migration either.

A: We support all Linux–powered hosting platforms. Generally, if we can receive access to your Control Panel, we will be able to transfer your web site.The only platforms that we do not support are closed–source site creation platforms such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
